Come nurture yourself on beautiful Star Island. This retreat is open to all those who would like to renew and celebrate spirit. Enter into the wonder of island, sea, stars and sunsets. Renew your spirit, creative energy, and love for life. Enjoy yoga (no prior experience necessary), yoga nidra (guided relaxation), meditation, movement and drumming. There will be time for relaxation and quiet reflection, as well as for sharing laughter, walks, talks, swimming (with the polar bears), and even rowing to Smuttynose. Share in a special candlelight chapel event and fire ceremony. Read a book, walk the labyrinth, or just sit and rock on the porch as you soak in island spirit. Experience the wisdom, joy, and love of your own true nature in a spiritual retreat of rest, renewal and celebration, honoring body, heart, and soul.
